We provide a warranty on select repairs and replacement parts as communicated during the service. However, this warranty does not cover physical damage after the service, liquid damage, issues caused by power surges, unauthorized modifications, or software-related problems such as viruses or malware infections.
Payment is required in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Prices are subject to change, but any quoted amount will be honored. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or UPI, and receipts will be provided for all transactions.
We handle all devices with the utmost care, but we strongly recommend that you back up your data before submitting your device for repair. Lappy Fixer is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
While we strive for the best possible outcomes, some devices may not be repairable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or further complications arising from previous repairs conducted by third parties.
We aim to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to parts availability or other unforeseen issues. Customers will be informed promptly if delays arise.
Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after the repair completion will be considered abandoned. In such cases, Lappy Fixer reserves the right to dispose of the device to recover costs.
